BeatSync reads your live heart rate from your wearable and continuously matches Spotify tracks to the tempo your body is actually working at — through warm-ups, intervals and cool-downs.

BeatSync is a web app for people who train with a heart-rate monitor. It turns your live BPM into a continuously updating, tempo-matched playlist.
Your current BPM is read from your connected wearable every few seconds. BeatSync converts that into a target song tempo and keeps the music in step with your effort.
Pick a genre and a workout type. BeatSync pulls Spotify tracks whose tempo matches your current heart-rate zone — slower on recovery, faster as you push.
Set work and rest intervals. The app runs the timer, calls out each transition, and swaps the music between high-tempo work blocks and calmer recovery blocks.
BeatSync calculates your age-based maximum heart rate and warns you on screen when you cross into your red zone during a session.
Connect Google Health to read heart rate from Fitbit, Pixel Watch and other Google-connected trackers, or pair the BeatSync Apple Watch app to stream directly from watchOS.
Every workout is saved with its duration, heart-rate range and the tracks you trained to, so you can see how your sessions change over time.
Sign up with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Your age is used to calculate your safe heart-rate zones.
Authorize Google Health to read your heart-rate metric, or pair the BeatSync watch app with a device token from your dashboard.
Select Cardio, Strength or Yoga, pick a genre, and choose Free Play or HIIT. The playlist starts building around your live BPM.
As your heart rate climbs and falls, BeatSync re-matches tracks so the tempo tracks your effort for the whole session.
If you connect Google Health, BeatSync requests read-only access to your heart-rate metric and nothing else. That reading is used solely to pick tempo-matched music and to show your live BPM and session history inside the app. BeatSync does not sell your Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored access tokens.
Create an account, connect your heart-rate source, and let BeatSync handle the playlist.
